OSLO, Norway — OMV Petrom has contracted ABL to perform marine warranty survey services for the Neptun Deep gas field construction project in the Black Sea offshore Romania.
First gas is expected in 2027.
ABL’s London division will review, survey and approve all operations relating to the transportation and installation (T&I) of the facilities for the Domino and Pelican South fields, including the shallow-water platform (to be fabricated in Italy and Indonesia) and the 160-km subsea pipeline from the platform to the shore.
The company’s local Black Sea operations will provide operational and onsite attendances while ABL’s global team will support the supply chain involved in the project.
