Swiber wins EPIC contract in Latin America

Swiber Holdings Ltd has clinched an engineering, procurement, installation, and construction (EPIC) contract in Latin America for subsea development work including pipeline tie-ins, with an aggregate value of $80 million.

SINGAPORE– Swiber Holdings Ltd has clinched an engineering, procurement, installation, and construction (EPIC) contract in Latin America for subsea development work including pipeline tie-ins, with an aggregate value of $80 million.

The project will begin immediately and is expected to be completed in 2015.

Earlier in February, the Group also won contracts valued at $235 million. In aggregate, Swiber’s contract wins year-to-date rises to $315 million. Last year, the company completed the construction of a 77-km-long (48-mi-long) submarine duct forPEMEX.
