HOUSTON– Tesco Corp. (TESCO) will introduce its newest top drive, HXI 150t, and its hydraulic compact casing drive system (HCCDS) at OTC.
HXI 150t top drive has a torque capacity of 24,000 ft/lbs and a pull down capacity of 25,000 lbs, which allows operators the ability to reach total depth in extended-reach and horizontal wells.
HCCDS is a compact, lightweight version of the company’s 500-ton CASING DRIVE SYSTEM. The system allows circulation, rotation, and reciprocation of the casing to ensure it reaches casing point while improving cement bond and wellbore integrity.
