MMA Offshore orders AHC crane for platform supply boat

MacGregor has won an order for a 50-mt active heave compensated crane for installation on the MMA Valour platform supply vessel.

HELSINKI, Finland — MacGregor, a division of Cargotec, has won an order for a 50-metric-ton active heave compensated (AHC) crane for installation on the MMA Valour platform supply vessel.

The vessel services the oil and gas and offshore wind sectors. MacGregor should deliver the crane in third-qaurter 2025.

Previously the company supplied AHC cranes to MMA Offshore for its MMA Pinnacle and MMA Prestige vessels.
