LEIDEM, the Netherlands – BigRoll Shipping has taken delivery of the BigRoll Beaufort, its fourth and final MC Class deck carrier vessel from Cosco Dalian Shipyard in China.
The Finnish Swedish 1A Ice Class MC-Class vessels are designed for marine transportation of major modules and equipment for large energy projects, including offshore.
TheBigRoll Beaufort will work on a short-term project with Yamgaz, a consortium comprising Technip, JGC Corp., and Chiyoda, for module transportation for the Yamal LNG project in northern Russia.
