FORT LAUDERDALE, Florida -- Seacor Holdings Inc. and Nabors Industries Ltd. have agreed to form a new company to own and operate a fleet of 20 (19 US flag, 1 foreign flag) offshore support vessels currently owned by a Nabors affiliate.
Seacor subsidiary Sea Mar Offshore Llc. will own a majority of the new company.
