Offshore staff

OSLO, Norway -- Awilco Offshore has taken delivery of its third jackup drilling rig. The rig was built at PPL Shipyard in Singapore.

WilSuperior is of the Baker Marine Class 375 design, capable of drilling in water depths to 375 ft (114 m) and of drilling high-pressure/high-temperature wells to 30,000 ft (9,144 m) depth.

The rig will be delivered to Thang Long Joint Operating Co. to begin a 12-month contract offshore Vietnam.
