Ullswater heads for Angola

Hallin Marine says its Ullswater service vessel is going to Angola to conduct a saturation diving contract.

SINGAPORE -- Hallin Marine says its Ullswaterservice vessel is going to Angola to conduct a saturation diving contract. The DP-2 vessel, which has saturation and air diving systems and a C-ROV, is to repair a 16-in (40.6 cm) pipeline and also conduct inspections on a number of platforms, says Hallin.

The contract is valued at $8 million and is expected to last for up to two months. Water depths will go to 110 m (361 ft).
