Baker Hughes Inc. has agreed to sell two stimulation vessels to Superior Energy Services Inc.

HOUSTON – Baker Hughes Inc. has agreed to sell two stimulation vessels to Superior Energy Services Inc. The HR Hughes and the Blue Ray plus other unspecified sand control and stimulation services assets are expected to switch companies by the end of this month.
Upon completion of the sale, Baker Hughes says it will meet the federal requirements necessary to complete the integration of BJ Services with Baker Hughes.
