Solstad Offshore purchases construction services vessel

(Norway)-Solstad Offshore ASA has entered into an agreement with North Sea Invest AS for the purchase of the construction service vesselBold Endeavour. The vessel is currently operating in Mexico under a 5-year T/C with DeepOcean ASA.

Commercial terms of the transaction were confidential.

The vessel was built in 1999, and has a length of 129 m, a width of 22 m, a working deck of 1,600 sq m area, and is DP2-equipped.

The purchase of theBold Endeavour brings Solstad's total number of construction service vessels to 10.
