SINGAPORE -- A new ROV was delivered to Hallin Marine UK Ltd. and the company exercised an option on two more ROVs for delivery in 3Q07.

Hallin had ordered two heavy-duty construction and two work-class vessels earlier this year andQuasar 2 was delivered in October by SMD Hydrovision Ltd.
