The jackup drilling rig Emerald Driller has begun its contract and started mobilization to its first drilling location in Thailand.

HOUSTON -- The jackup drilling rig Emerald Driller has begun its contract and started mobilization to its first drilling location in Thailand. The rig is the first of four Vantage Drilling Co. jackups being constructed by PPL Shipyard Pte, Ltd.
