SINGAPORE -- NuCoastal (Thailand) has awarded EOC an $11.2-million contract for the heavy-lift accommodation pipelay barge Lewek Champion. The contract is scheduled to begin in 1Q 2010.
Under the contract, the vessel will provide transportation, installation, accommodation, and heavy-lift services for two offshore platforms and one pipeline in the Gulf of Thailand.
Lewek Champion is currently completing a pipelay project in Malaysia.
