Offshore staff

LIMASSOL, Cyprus -- Shell Development (Australia) has signed an LoI with Songa Offshore to use Songa Venus for its 2010 exploration drilling campaign offshore Australia. The 156-day program is scheduled to begin in April and includes two exploration wells and the deepening of existing well.

Shell also has the right to exercise up to two additional optional wells with an estimated duration of 50 to 60 days each.
