Semco completes FPSO deliveries

Semco Maritime has delivered equipment for two oil tankers undergoing conversion into FPSOs at the Drydocks World yard in Dubai.

ESBJERG, Denmark – Semco Maritime has delivered equipment for two oil tankers undergoing conversion into FPSOs at the Drydocks World yard in Dubai.

The company supplied new radio communications, air conditioning and fire-fighting systems, and a chemical injection module.

In Abu Dhabi, Semco has obtained a trading license and is currently forming a working relationship with state oil company ADNOC.

“This is an important milestone for Semco Maritime in Abu Dhabi,” says the company’s Middle East Manager Bo Fromsejer. “ADNOC Group has substantial investments in the pipeline, and we are looking forward to offering our services.”
