OSLO -- GC Rieber Shipping has acquired the seismic vessel Geo Atlantic from Arrow Seimic Invest for $58 million in cash.
The proceeds will be used to repay debt, primarily the Arrow facilities that were established to finance Geo Atlantic and Arrow's two first newbuilds in Spain.
