Solstad, Subsea 7 name newbuild ROV support vessel

SKUDENESHAVN, Norway -- Solstad and Subsea 7 have held the official naming ceremony for the newbuild ROV support vessel Normand Subsea at Stavanger Harbour in Norway.

The vessel, owned and built by Solstad and chartered by Subsea 7, is scheduled for delivery later this year. Normand Subsea is a dynamically positioned life-of-field vessel, specifically designed for inspection, repair, and maintenance work.
