Deep Sea Supply acquires AHTS vessel Sea Eagle 1

LIMASSOL, Cyprus -- Deep Sea Supply has acquired the AHTS vessel Sea Eagle 1. The company was originally scheduled to acquire the vessel in July 2010, following completion of a bareboat charter. Due to present special market conditions, Deep Sea Supply was able to renegotiate the agreement for an earlier acquisition at a $6-million price reduction.
