Shell UK charters FPSO BW Carmen

OSLO -- Shell UK has signed a short-term charter with BW Offshore for the FPSOBW Carmen.

The vessel will support a pipeline cleaning operation for a decommissioning project in the UK sector of the southern North Sea.
