Global Industries awarded $35-million project in India

The Shipping Corporation of India Ltd. (SCI) has awarded Global Offshore International a two-year, $35-million contract for diving services, personnel, and equipment maintenance for three Oil and Natural Gas Corp. (ONGC) vessels offshore India.

CARLYSS, Louisiana -- The Shipping Corporation of India Ltd. (SCI) has awarded Global Offshore International a two-year, $35-million contract for diving services, personnel, and equipment maintenance for three Oil and Natural Gas Corp. (ONGC) vessels offshore India.

The contract has an optional six-month extension.
