BP has issued a letter of award to Dolphin Drilling for a three-year contract for the semisubmersible drilling rig Byford Dolphin.

OSLO -- BP has issued a letter of award to Dolphin Drilling for a three-year contract for the semisubmersible drilling rig Byford Dolphin.

The contract is scheduled to start in 1Q 2010.
