Busy jackup workload for UAE fabricator

Lamprell has won orders from various clients this year for jackup rig upgrades and refurbishment, with a total value around $62 million.

SHARJAH, UAE – Lamprell has won orders from various clients this year for jackup rig upgrades and refurbishment, with a total value around $62 million.

They include a contract from RDC Qatar to refurbish and upgrade the jackupGilbert Rowe, and contracts from Noble Drilling International to upgrade the Noble Gus Androes, the Noble Charles Copeland, the Noble George Mcleod, and the Noble Chuck Syring.

Work on all the projects will be performed at Lamprell’s facilities in Sharjah and Hamriyah.
