PARIS– Bourbon has extended its flagship Bourbon Liberty series with the delivery of the Bourbon Liberty 254and Bourbon Liberty 301.
Bourbon Liberty 254 is the last vessel of the Bourbon 200 series of anchor handling tug supply (AHTS) vessels. Bourbon Liberty 301is the first vessel of the Bourbon Liberty 300 series of 20 AHTS.
In June 2010, the group announced its “Bourbon 2015 Leadership Strategy” and ordered three new series of vessels from Sinopacific shipyards.Bourbon Liberty 301 is the first vessel of the first series to be delivered. The company says the strategy calls for 15 new vessels of the Bourbon Liberty 150 series.
