Offshore staff
MUMBAI -- Great Offshore has acquired KEI-RSOS Maritime (KEI) and Rajamahendri Shipping & Oilfield Services (RSOS) at an aggregate consideration of around $3.3 million.
The companies, based in Hyderabad and Rajahmundry respectively, provide offshore support and single point mooring operations using a fleet of 19 assets (nine offshore support vessels and 10 harbor tugs).
