MUMBAI, India -- Greatship (India) Ltd. (GIL), a wholly owned subsidiary of The Great Eastern Shipping Co., has taken delivery of a newly built anchor handling tug supply vessel (AHTSV). The DP-2 vessel, named Greatship Anjali, was contracted by GIL in 2006.
With the addition of theGreetship Anjali, GIL now has a fleet of 3 PSVs and 1 AHTSV in the water.
The company, along with its subsidiaries, has a new building orderbook of two PSVs, six multipurpose platform supply and support vessels, two MSVs, seven AHTSVs, and a 350-ft (107-m) jackup rig.
