Fjord to transport ENSCO rig to Far East

ROTTERDAM, The Netherlands -- ENSCO has contracted Fairstar Heavy Transport to bring the ENSCO 105 jack-up from Malta to Singapore.
The rig is due to be floated on to Fairstar’s semi-submersible, heavy transport vessel Fjord in Malta’s Grand Harbour today. It will immediately depart for Singapore via the Cape of Good Hope.
The contract value is $3.8 million.
