RICHMOND, UK – Reef Subsea AS has signed two five-year charter agreements on two newbuild subsea construction vessels from Neptune Offshore AS. At the same time, Reef becomes a 25% shareholder in Neptune.
The newbuild sister ships, to be renamed Reef Despina and Reef Larissa, are Ulstein X-Bow design with 150 ton SWL crane with active heave compensation, enclosed ROV hanger with integrated LARS, and up to 750 sq m (8,073 sq ft).
