Prysmian extends cable installation charter for Solstad vessel

SKUDENESHAVN, Norway — Solstad Offshore has secured a new seven-year contract from Prysmian Powerlink for the construction support vessel Normand Pacific.

The new firm deal runs through Dec. 31, 2030, with extension options.

Normand Pacific has been on charter to Prysmian since 2016 supporting installation of power cable systems on the company’s projects.
