SKUDENESHAVN, Norway — Solstad Offshore has letters of award from various subsea contractors for use of the construction support vessel Normand Maximus.

The associated projects, to be executed during 2023, have a combined duration of 200 days minimum plus additional option periods.

Value of the firm part is about NOK500 million (US$49.6 million).

Normand Maximus, at 178 m long, is the largest vessel in Solstad’s fleet. It has a 900t AHC crane, a 550-t vertical lay system and can accommodate up to 180 people.
