Solstad wins long-term work for two anchor handler vessels

Equinor has extended its contract for Solstad Offshore’s anchor handler tug supply vessel Normand Ferking by a year to November 2023.

SKUDENESHAVN, Norway  Equinor has extended its contract for Solstad Offshore’s anchor handler tug supply (AHTS) vessel Normand Ferking by a year to November 2023.

There is an option for a further one-year extension. The vessel has worked for Equinor since 2007 and will continue to support the company’s activities offshore Norway.

In Brazil, Enauta Energia has taken another Solstad AHTS, the Normand Topazio, for 300 firm days plus up to 220 optional days to support drilling and production activities at the Atlanta Field in the Santos Basin.
