HELSINKI, Finland — MacGregor, part of Cargotec, will supply spare parts and services for the MPV Everest offshore support vessel (OSV).
The OSV is owned by Maritime Construction Service and equipped with MacGregor AHC cranes. MacGregor’s scope includes provision of DryDock spares, services and the installation of OnWatch Scout, the company’s solution for analytics and preventative maintenance. This connects installed equipment to monitoring systems that continuously analyze component conditions and predict maintenance needs.
The system detects patterns and behavior from equipment data to identify risk of failure. It then recommends actions, spare parts and documents to address the issues.
