STAVANGER, Norway – Petrobras has extended Prosafe’s contract for the semisubmersible rig Safe Notos until mid-July 2022.
The vessel has been providing safety and maintenance support offshore Brazil for the past few years. Prosafe estimates the value of the extension at around $16.2 million.
The Safe Notos, a DP-3, harsh environment semi, can accommodate up to 500 personnel and has a 300-metric ton lifting capability.
