STAVANGER, Norway – Prosafe has taken delivery of the accommodation/construction support semisubmersible Safe Eurus.
The rig will soon sail for Brazil to start a three-year contract for Petrobras.
Like sister vessel the Safe Notos it is a Gusto MSC Ocean 500 design equipped with 500 beds, a DP-3 station keeping system, 10-point chain mooring, and a 300-metric ton (330-ton) crane.
It is designed to operate worldwide, except in Norway.
