Rosenberg WorleyParsons to assess Gjøa subsea tieback needs
ENGIE E&P Norge has awarded Rosenberg WorleyParsons a front-end engineering and design study for modifications at the Gjøa platform in the North Sea.
Rosenberg WorleyParsons’s contract includes an option for the execution phase of the project – engineering, procurement, construction, installation, and commissioning.
ENGIE E&P’s strategy is to make Gjøa a hub for future fields in the area, thereby extending the lifespan of the semisubmersible production platform.
Gjøa is 60 km (37 mi) west of Florø.
