Offshore staff

KONGSBERG, Norway --Alcock Ashdown Ltd. shipyard of Gujarat, India, has contracted Kongsberg Maritime to provide a Hugin 1000 AUV to be used by India's National Hydrographic Office for seabed surveying.

The contract value is $58.6 million and the equipment will be installed on six new surveying vessels the yard is building for the Hydrographic Office.
