Offshore staff

SINGAPORE -- NOR Offshore Pte. Ltd. has contracted Hallin Engineering Services Pte. Ltd. to supply a four-chamber saturation diving system for $3.5 million.

Hallin will design, fabricate, and fit-out the 15-man system designed to operate at up to 300 m (984 ft) water depth. Delivery is scheduled for 3Q 2008.

"Our current saturation diving system manufacturing capacity is now fully committed to third quarter 2008, producing our own and third party systems," says John Payne COO of Hallin Marine.
