Petrobras orders 15 FMC subsea trees

Petrobras has ordered 15 deepwater subsea trees from FMC Technologies for multiple projects offshore Brazil.

HOUSTON –Petrobras has ordered 15 deepwater subsea trees from FMC Technologies for multiple projects offshore Brazil. The $34-million contract will be fulfilled by FMC in Rio de Janeiro.

The trees complete a multi-year frame agreement announced in August 2006. All orders are expected to be delivered between 2009 and 2010.
