Shell calls on FMC for Perdido Stage II

Shell has agreed for FMC Technologies to supply subsea and topside systems for the Perdido Stage II Regional Development Project in the Gulf of Mexico.

HOUSTON – Shell has agreed for FMC Technologies to supply subsea and topside systems for the Perdido Stage II Regional Development Project in the Gulf of Mexico.

FMC is to provide five subsea production trees and three subsea water injection trees, each rated at 10,000 psi. FMC also will manufacture and provide subsea and topside controls, manifold and tie-in equipment, among other systems.

Deliveries are to begin in 3Q 2010.
