Woodside, TSMarine sign rigless intervention contract

(Aberdeen, Scotland) -- Woodside Energy Ltd. and TSMarine Ltd. signed a three-year contract for field work starting 2Q07 for rigless intervention services from theHavila Harmony in Australia's North West Shelf, the Timor Sea joint petroleum development area, and other regional locations.

TSMarine's services for Woodside involve wellhead abandonment, logging, perforating, subsea tree installation, maintenance, and other well or subsea duties.

Specialized vessel equipment will include a purpose-built heave compensated deployment system, subsea lubricator and associated equipment, well head cutting and removal equipment, remotely operated vehicles, and various intervention tools.
