LONDON -- The subsea tieback from Goosander field to the Kittiwake platform was delivered a month ahead of schedule by Petrofac Brownfield.

Three new risers were installed, together with the control umbilical in a complex caisson configuration. New topsides reception facilities were provided, in addition to chemical injection and support utilities. The field is 11 km northwest of the Kittiwake installation.

The Goosander development project comprises a single production well which is tied back to the Kittiwake platform through a bundled subsea flow-line providing production, gas lift and water injection facilities.
