OSLO, Norway -- Aker Kvaerner Subsea Brazil will supply $12 million in subsea trees to Petrobras under an agreement signed today.
The agreement covers three mudline, dual-bore christmas trees design for 820 ft of water. The trees are scheduled for installation in the Peroa field Phase II in Espirito Santo basin. Delivery is scheduled for completion within a year.
Engineering is under way in Houston and the trees will be completed in Curitiba, Brazil.
