Talisman orders wellhead, mudline suspension equipment

    Talisman Energy has awarded Plexus Holdings a $2.4-million contract to supply POS-GRIP HP/HT and standard pressure POS-GRIP wellhead and mudline suspension equipment to platforms in the Norwegian North Sea.

    ABERDEEN -- Talisman Energy has awarded Plexus Holdings a $2.4-million contract to supply POS-GRIP HP/HT and standard pressure POS-GRIP wellhead and mudline suspension equipment to platforms in the Norwegian North Sea. The two-year contract, which also has a further two-year option, is for a series of exploration wells, the company says.
