ClampOn wins Pan Pandora, Katla monitor orders

FMC has contracted ClampOn for downhole equipment for Statoil’s Pan Pandora subsea project in the Norwegian sector of the North Sea in water depths of around 950 ft (290 m).

BERGEN, Norway -- FMC has contracted ClampOn for downhole equipment for Statoil’s Pan Pandora subsea project in the Norwegian sector of the North Sea in water depths of around 950 ft (290 m).

ClampOn will supply subsea sand monitors to FMC, which is contracted to provide subsea production trees, wellheads, choke modules and subsea control modules, a template, manifold structure, and control systems.

ClampOn will also deliver subsea sand monitors to the Katla field, based on the standard subsea solution designed by FMC for Statoil.
