Shell (NYSE:RDS.A) has ordered subsea systems from FMC Technologies (NYSE:FTI) for the Parque das Conchas Phase 3 development offshore Brazil.

HOUSTON – Shell (NYSE:RDS.A) has ordered subsea systems from FMC Technologies (NYSE:FTI) for the Parque das ConchasPhase 3 development offshore Brazil.
FMC will supply seven subsea trees, two manifolds, and associated subsea control systems. It also will supply tie-in connections and subsea distribution hardware and associated tooling and services.
Phase 3 of the development, also called BC-10, is the second expansion of the original block offshore in 5,000-6,000 ft (1,500-2,000 m) water depth.
