ClampOn wins offshore Egypt subsea structural monitoring order

BERGEN, Norway – Saipem has contracted ClampOn to supply subsea corrosion/erosion monitors for a project in the Egyptian sector of the Mediterranean Sea.

ClampOn says this is one of its largest-ever orders.

The devices are destined for Burullus Gas Co.’sWest Delta Deep Marine Phase IXa development. They may be upgraded to perform tomography mapping of the project’s pipe system.
