FORNEBU, Norway — Aker BP has extended Aker Solutions’ frame agreement to provide subsea production systems for its Norwegian projects until Dec. 31, 2028.

It includes potential support to Aker BP for feasibility studies and concept developments; front-end engineering and design; and subsea development projects and services during project execution (engineering, procurement and construction).

Aker Solutions is a member, alongside Aker BP and Subsea 7, in the Subsea Alliance, a project execution agreement designed to allow the operator and its contractors to work as an integrated team pursuing cost-effective solutions for Aker BP’s subsea fields.
