FORNEBU, Norway — Petrobras and its partners have awarded Aker Solutions a five-year, call-off based frame agreement to provide subsea production systems and subsea life-cycle services for Petrobras-operated fields offshore Brazil.
Aker Solutions will manage the program from its Brazilian locations.
The workscope covers delivery of complete subsea production systems, including up to 33 subsea trees, the company’s latest generation of Vectus subsea controls, subsea distribution units and spare parts.
Subsea life-cycle services will include intervention, preservation, maintenance and installation services. which will be managed from Aker Solutions’ service base in Rio das Ostras in Rio de Janeiro.
