Offshore staff
LUXEMBOURG – Chevron subsidiary Cabinda Gulf Oil Co. (CABGOC) has contracted Subsea 7 for work on the Sanha Lean Gas Connection project in block O offshore northern Angola.
The scope comprises construction and installation of the Lean Gas Platform system, in a water depth of around 70 m (229 ft).
Subsea 7 will manage the project and engineering from its offices in Paris and Lisbon, with fabrication performed at Sonamet’s yard in Lobito, Angola, from 2021-2022.
Offshore operations will take place during 2022-2023.
