    Prosafe rig gains further extension at North Sea Mariner field

    Equinor UK has exercised three of six one-month options to keep Prosafe’s accommodation support rig Safe Boreas at the Mariner complex in the UK northern North Sea.

    STAVANGER, Norway – Equinor UK has exercised three of six one-month options to keep Prosafe’s accommodation support rig Safe Boreas at the Mariner complex in the UK northern North Sea.

    The rig will now accommodate personnel working on the hook up and early production phase through September 2019. Value of the three one-month options is around $15 million.
