Holland Shipyards delivers accommodation barge Puccini

Holland Shipyards has delivered the accommodation barge Puccini to Roborg BV.

HARDINXVELD-GISSENDAM, Netherlands -- Holland Shipyards has delivered the accommodation barge Puccini to Roborg BV. The company has also refitted the passenger vessel Kurmangazy for the same client.

The Puccini was built on the hull of an existing inland navigation vessel. The company installed a tank deck and a deck inside the hull. The vessel is equipped with three 500kW generators, watermakers, an incinerator, a crane, and a sewage installation.

The Kurmangazy was modified to accommodate 320 persons. It was equipped with two cranes, a working deck with reefer containers, and a changing room. The company also installed a sewage system, watermakers, and additional generators.

Both vessels are destined for Caspian Sea.
